Check IoT scale connection status

  1. 1. Check the scale status indicator in the top bar
  2. 2. Green = connected, Red = disconnected
  3. 3. If disconnected, check scale power and network
💡 Tip: Weight updates automatically in real-time
📥 Inbound Recording

Weigh and record inbound products

  1. 1. Select the 'Receive' menu
  2. 2. Place the product on the scale — weight shows automatically
  3. 3. Enter product name, LOT number and press 'Save'
💡 Tip: Wait for the 'Stable' indicator for accurate weight recording
📊 Real-time Monitoring

View real-time data from all scales

  1. 1. View all connected scales on the home page
  2. 2. Current weight and status shown in real-time for each scale
  3. 3. Select a scale to view its detailed records
💡 Tip: You can monitor multiple scales simultaneously

Scale won't connect?

Weight not stable?

Make sure the product isn't moving. Wind can cause inaccuracy

Select the record in the receive list to edit it
